Brewerton's the ball-striker most admired by her peers

Ladies European Tour survey conducted by Golf365 has revealed Becky Brewerton as the ball-striker most admired by her fellow professionals.

The confidential survey covered a variety of topics, including best short game and putting skills, but no other player swept the board in such overwhelming fashion as Becky did.

The Welsh Solheim Cup Star finished the season 3rd on the Henderson money list and leading Europe for total number of pars, birdies, eagles and total number of top ten finishes.

Her career-best 2009 season includes finishing as the top European Tour player at the Evian Masters, being among the top points scorers at the 2009 Solheim Cup, winning the Spanish Open by six shots and nine other top ten finishes.

Brewerton also won the Golf Union of Wales Professional of the year for the second time in three years and was nominated for the BBC Wales Sports Personality of the year.

Becky’s 2010 season gets underway in New Zealand in February and preparations are already underway to make it a even more successful season.
